ATTENTION ALL OTs !
On Friday, February 1, 2008, all schools in Upper Grand District were closed.
If you were scheduled through SEMS to be teaching on that day, you will be paid.
To receive your pay, complete your timesheet with the date, half or full day, the name of the teacher you were to replace, the SEMS job number and school.
Asterisk the job number and write the phrase " * all schools closed" in the bottom shaded section of the time sheet.
Send your timesheet directly to Donna Perry at the Guelph Board Office for her signature of approval.
(you do not need a school signature) |
